"Overall, the property seems neglected. Big stains on the carpets, no towel racks (the bent brackets were there) and the bare floor had not been swept in my room.
On the positive side, the elevator came quickly, the ice machine worked on my floor and my room was quiet. The air conditioning worked well and tv seemed new."

"There is no staff available to check guests in after 9:30 p.m., but *this information was not available on Expedia.* A phone number is posted on the lobby door for "late arrivals;" it is the lobby phone and can be heard ringing outside. No one answered the phone. Having paid for a room, I ended up with nowhere to stay. Would not recommend to anyone."
