"This is a family run hotel. The husband and wife team will do anything you need to make your visit a pleasant one. I felt like I was part of an Italian family. When I told the owner I was vegan, he was worried that despite his huge complimentary breakfast spread, I wouldn't get enough to eat. There is wide variety of foods for every diet plan, even mine. "Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit gutem Frühstück. - Check-in: klar Ungenügend, da Pässe und ID Karten zurückgehalten wurden („geht schon mal aufs Zimmer, wir machen das in der Zwischenzeit“ - was natürlich nicht gemacht war als wir wieder runter kamen und lieber ein „Schwatz“ gehalten wurde). Service geht anders. Ist auch nicht Risikofrei. - Die Betten würde ich so definieren: nächster Härtegrad der Matratzen = Betonboden. An angenehmem Schlafen war nicht zu denken. "We (family of 4) stayed here for 5 days over the New Year and we can't say enough about the genuine, inviting, and fun nature of the staff. The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts.
