"Clean room house keeping ladies were and is an amazing staff, nice hotel but key cards didn’t work and checking out girl was terrible front desk deanna I think her name she was inhospitable , she’s rude doesn’t know how to talk to people I guess that’s why she doesn’t answer the phones and noncompliant when we ask about late checkout her answer was no we busy full !!! , the breakfast was terrible, the noise from the highway and the next door slamming the door our room shook I pay one night...

"The room is small but fairly clean. I didn’t see any stains anywhere. Bathroom has a nice size, no closet. Small cabinet with a mini fridge and tv, so the side. The staff were super nice and gave cookies when checking in. The shuttle bus was supposed to run from 9 to 9 but stopped at 5pm (the driver had left). I didn’t get to try the breakfast but they have tea and coffee in the lobby. Sugar, milk is on the table. If you don’t like the coffee, there’s dunkin and Starbucks nearby. The view is...

"Absolutely terrible customer service. My party has the flu and think everybody would much rather not have somebody who is sick on the premises. I have been trying for two days to cancel my reservation and whenever somebody actually does answer the phone the guy just yells at you and hangs up on you. I am now stuck paying the fees because nobody on the other side knows how to answer a phone. I will tell anybody and everybody I know to never stay here."

"The hotel venue is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and convenient walking distance to the mountain. However, without speaking to staff, the check in process was VERY confusing. Upon arrival, we walked in circles and across the street trying to figure out parking, where to to pickup lift tickets,etc. Only to later discover the two entities are not connected in business! "

"The room was acceptable, but the overall property is in disarray. I booked this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star property, but in its current condition it feels more like a 2-star hotel, at best. There is ongoing construction, so it may become a 4-star hotel in the future, but that is not an accurate description of what guests are experiencing now."

"Clean room Breakfast was sufficient enough to start my day The only issue was as I was sleeping was awaken to the fire alarm and was prompted to exit my bed and wait in a common area until it was safe to return. It was discovered that due to the negligence of some guests the alarm was triggered."
