"Stayed here for 4 nights in a queen room, here’s the pros and cons Cons: thin walls, (we can hear everything in the walkway and could feel people pressing against the wall, you could also hear the plumping in the walls, which isn’t a big problem, the amenities were lacking, such as a lack of hand soap and utensils, the toliet paper was some kind of eco friendly stuff, wouldn’t recommend :) Pros: (if you plan to ski at whakapapa this is about the closest hotel you will get, about a 1 minute...

"I'd rate the room as 6.5/10. Linen was fresh and clean, and everything was functional. Handy location too. But the room could have been cleaner. And it was a bit "tired" and could do with a proper refit/tidy. Also, in the evening we called reception re using the spa or sauna; but no one answered, so we left a msg that no one replied to."
