"What a disappointment, Hotel Avisa was! We reserved a room with two queen beds, and asked for a second for a room with balcony. When we arrived, Muriel was manning the desk. He was unfriendly, and curt. We arrived at 10 till four and had to wait 10 minutes for a room to be ready. It was the middle of the week, Tuesday. We went up to our room and were disappointed. We did not have a balcony, or at least one we could stand on and had a view of the parking lot which was noisy. For $170 a night room...

"The lock on our door didn’t work and the maintenance man had to climb through the window, but it was repaired after about 30 minutes. Other than that, it was fine. Location was great and we really enjoyed the fire pits. The downside: the walls are paper thin and there were also noisy pipes or something that kept us awake through the night.
