Staff were great! We enjoyed the grounds as it was nice to sit outside. We had easy access to parking. We enjoyed the bar and watching the World Series. Breakfast was lovely. The room layout was odd and the only reason not to give five stars. Having to walk through the bedroom to use the bathroom.

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff at check-in and at desk. Very neat and clean. The housekeeping staff also were very polite and offered fresh towels daily. The central area with pool, plants. and lovely trees added to the visual enjoyment of our lodging. Thanks, again to all of the staff!

Great stay at great hotel

Wonderful stay, room spacious though facing street but thankfully travel pretty much stops during sleeping times. Cute balcony, beautiful property, wonderful full breakfast. Did not enjoy the happy hour nor the b-b-q upon arrival, ut a wonderful amenity to provide the traveler.

It's a great value. Room was spacious and clean, two TVs, comfortable bed and sofa bed. The pool and jacuzzi were crowded but that comes with the territory. Complimentary wine and beer for a couple of hours during early evenings. Complimentary breakfast as well. Downtown SLO is within walking distance. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I would stay again.

We love this hotel. The entire staff are wonderful and so friendly. The evening manager reception drinks are well received. Plus in the evening the BBQ steak sandwich is the best meal for a quick and filling meal for a busy day of touring around. We also love the breakfast in the morning. Every time we have gone the grounds and the rooms are spotless and relaxing. We will be back to this hotel next time we are in SLO.
