"The room didn't really have a closet to hang clothes. And the breakfast buffet did not have any meat which was very disappointing."

"Everything is great except the airport noise most of the night. However, most people choose this hotel because it seems to be the only hotel offering a 24 hour desk and shuttle. Very necessary if you’re arriving or leaving early or late!"

"To start the pool was closed for renovation and we were not aware at booking time. The toilet was cracked, tiles around bath tub were loose, tv stand was missing a chunk, some unknown substance on the curtains, stain on bathrub. Staff was ok to us, but rude to others. Breakfasts was cold. The hotel is in need of updating and repairs. The door lock to get in on the other side of hotel was broke, there was a middle door on the hotel that was always unlocked. And the doors to the rooms were beat...

"This hotel is top notch. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, the decor is so fun, and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, and was easy to access each morning. The only complaint was the parking was across the street in a garage that was not owned by the hotel. I would love easier parking options or valet."

"Toilet wouldn’t flush, shower wouldn’t drain, valet was incredibly slow, front desk wasn’t very nice. The best part of the stay was the coffee shop and their employees. "

"Friendly and responsive staff, comfy beds, great breakfast options, quiet location that’s still conveniently located. The amenities really set this place apart. Hot tub, pool, sauna, fully-equipped workout room, guest laundry, 24 hour store. Our room had an apartment style living room separate from the bedroom which was fantastic for our 4-day family stay. I only wish there was a coffee maker in our room. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. "

"Room was decently clean, check in staff were nice. We were woken up by house keeping having a loud, FaceTime conversation in the hallway at about 8:00 am. "

"Absolutely can tell it is brand new. Great rooms and really nice amenities. They have a pool table, games, pool, and plenty of comfortable sitting areas. My son really enjoyed the breakfast too. Staff is very friendly. All areas clean."
