"The hotel is very tired and out of date. Carpets are dirty and have a smell."

"My first non-smoking room smelled very strongly of smoke. (Why do people smoke in non-smoking rooms??) "We took a tour bus group up to Poughkeepsie and we were amazed. The rooms was very spacious and clean. Breakfast every morning was good and all the staff was nice. A+ hotel for sure."

"There are a lot of renovations going on, and it might not be at the height of its game… But they do everything they can there to make you comfortable… Including upgrades and five star service. We would definitely go back they are renovating the spa which I believe is probably taking away from giving attention to other parts of the property, but I believe the owner and his staff have all the right intentions and because of that and because of their service, we will definitely be back."

"The property was dirty.There was flies in the lobby.There was people like out of it in the lobby.I was never greeted by the desk person never even acknowledged that I was there.He was fighting with a woman who was saying she was scammed out of four hundred dollars by another staff.Member there.We walked out and went to a difference.Hotel, we're waiting to hear about a refund"

"Stay somewhere else y'all. The property is not well maintained and neither are the rooms. The pain is peeling, brown stains all of the walls in the room. TV didn't work. Staff were not helpful. Everything was a miss! I will never stay here again."
