I did not come in with high expectations based on the cost. The room was in moderately good condition and generally clean. Overall, the property could use a good scrubbing. In my limited interactions with the staff, they seemed friendly. My one recommendation would be to stop burning incense all day long. I found the smell very off-putting.

This is a tired property. It's clean and serviceable but its age is showing. The carpet designs probably go back to the Carter administration. The furniture is scuffed. My mattress had seen better days. The clock was unplugged, and when I plugged it in I discovered why: it buzzed and hummed. It's too bad, because it's close to so many great things, but it's relatively low price screams, "You get what you pay for." OTOH, the waffle-maker in the breakfast bar worked perfectly, so you take the good with the mediocre!
