"We were told there would be breakfast starting at 6 am. Got up early before our flight and they told us it is not until 7 am. Front desk was very rude when we told them about it. Room did not have enough soap. Loud with thin walls."

"Staff were not welcoming and constantly distracted with other activities during check-in. Check out was worse as I stood at the front desk for over 10 minutes waiting for a staff member which was nowhere to be found. At 7am the front desk should be available to assist patrons. No apology, just a miserable staff member, probably upset because I woke her from her nap."

"The room was very clean which is a major thing for me. The staff were very helpful and pleasant; they made sure I was happy. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, very reasonable in price too. The buffet breakfast was well stocked. I didn’t need parking but from what I saw there is ample parking. Last but not least, the Shuttle service to and from the airport is a huge bonus and the driver David was very nice. I only spent 1 night because it was a quick trip, but I would definitely use this...
