"The room was reasonably priced and included a good continental breakfast, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience after checkout left us disappointed. When we arrived, there were already two holes in the wall. Since they didn’t affect our stay, we didn’t report them at the time. After we checked out, however, the hotel contacted us and stated that we would be charged a damage fee unless we could provide photos showing the damage was pre-existing. This put us in a difficult position...

"I had a pleasant stay at Winchester Inn & Suites Humble/IAH/North Houston. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers needing easy access to the airport. Overall, it offers great value for the price, and I would gladly stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!"

"Our TV did not work in our room the whole weekend we were there. We reported it on Friday night when we checked in and it was supposed to have been fixed on Saturday but they never did anything about it. On Sunday all they said was sorry. The bathroom door was so heavy I could barely slide it and got stuck in the bathroom. I had to be helped by a family member out of the bathroom"

"Shuttle ran on Time. That was the most important thing for us on this property. Issue with out reservation though. For some reason showed cancel. Staff member worked through it "I hope" and was able to get us a room and should be able to release "the expedia" funds and not double charge me."

"A basic but clean and decently priced hotel close to Houston Airport. A comfortable bed, good shower but noisy air conditioning. I wasn't there long enough to find out about the amenities. I appreciated the airport shuttle service."

"The airport shuttle bus pickup was quick and easy to get contacted and processed but somehow we did not received the full details from Expedia where the meeting point was located. Hotel was clean and quite, breakfast was adequate and better than the normal continental breakfast."
