"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's extremely noisy and inconvenient located.The price of the rooms are ridiculous for the terrible service I encountered. I had to change rooms multiple times and was even sent to a room already occupied by another guest. Their rooms have mold and the TVs don't work properly. I wasn't even able to watch any channels on the TV and had to use my laptop and HDMI cable to watch my shows. The housekeeping staff is exceptionally rude. They don't actually...

"Very minimal items in the bathroom. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For some reason the desk clerk came and knocked on our door at 8AM to ask if we were going to check out at 11 or going to extend a day. Surely I hope he wasn’t waking everyone up just to ask that question. You would think if I was going to extend, I would have just walked down to the desk before checkout to let them know I needed to extend. "

"I am extremely disappointed with my check in at this hotel. I immediately check-out after 1 hour of check-in. The room was in unacceptable condition from the moment I walked in. There were cockroaches in the room, the floors and bathroom were visibly dirty, and the entire space had a strong unpleasant odor that made it very difficult to stay inside.
