"When the hotel shuttle arrived at the airport the driver broke the handle on my carry on bag when placing my carry on bag into the shuttle. I took a photo later of the broken handle on my carry on bag. When I checked in at the Days Inn by Wyndham on April 25, 2026 around 22:30 or so and asked for a wake up call in the morning the female person at reception desk informed me they do not do wake up calls. When I got to my room 202 and tried to call the front desk and dialed O nothing happened. ...

"Parking was fine. Check in employee was very dry and not personable. Checkout employee was pleasant. There were finger nail clippings in the corner of our room and food crumbs under the air conditioner. "

"Very minimal items in the bathroom. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For some reason the desk clerk came and knocked on our door at 8AM to ask if we were going to check out at 11 or going to extend a day. Surely I hope he wasn’t waking everyone up just to ask that question. You would think if I was going to extend, I would have just walked down to the desk before checkout to let them know I needed to extend. "

The room had a funny odor although it wasn't smelly, it wasn't a pleasant smell either.The one wash cloth that was in the room appeared to be used because it had long hair attached to it. The iron to iron with, had a extendable cord that would not extend. I was able to get another iron though. The microwave was VERY out dated but worked.
