"Stayed for one night. The property isn’t that close to the airport compared to other hotels but their shuttle service was prompt and reliable so I really appreciated that. The hotel itself seemed dated and my room furniture had scuffs and looked dated. The bed was higher up rhan a usual hotel bed night but it was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice. "Overall, the stay was OK. The room wasn’t that great I had to kill a roach. There was a smell to the room. The gym wasn’t a gym. It was one inoperable treadmill, and a cycle machine in a room the size of a closet. But the staff was very professional and nice. It was affordable. And close to restaurants."

"The room was very good. The kitchen service was average. The front desk staff, first an African American woman and then a young African American man, did not even offer a simple smile. Their attitude was cold and came across as annoyed. At check-out, there was a different young man who treated us well and was courteous during our departure. This is not about racism at all, but their poor service clearly stood out."

"For the first 3 nights, there was no hot water available in the shower. I had to take cold water showers, which was very uncomfortable. Upon making multiple requests, it was fixed on the last night of my stay. The hotel was fully booked so they could not even transfer me to another room too.
