Riktigt bra mat, mysig uteservering och rymligt rum, trots att vi hade valt det enklaste alternativet. Två mindre nackdelar, frukostbuffén var uppdukad på en lång rad och det blev onödigt trångt. Det fanns ingen renodlad personal i receptionen, utan man fick vänta (länge) på att någon skulle dyka upp och ta betalt.

Das Zimmer für 3 Personen mit 22 qm sehr eng, aber Sauberkeit sehr gut. Handtücher /Bademantel sind auch für Sauna vorhanden. Es stehen aber nirgends die Kosten für die Sauna, diese betragen 8 Euro. Personal sehr nett und immer für Fragen offen. Das Angebot an Wurst /Käse /Brot /Brötchen könnte mal wechseln, es gab 7 Tage lang das Gleiche.

Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war mega! Wir waren 2 Tage dort mit einem kleinen Hund und von Anfang an haben wir uns wohl gefühlt!! Das Essen abends im Restaurant, sowie auch das Frühstücksbuffet und dessen Auswahl war par excellence! Für mich war auch die Empfehlung der Whiskys sehr toll, sodass wir dort noch hingefahren sind, wo der empfohlene Whisky herkommt. Die Preise fürs Essen und Getränke war mehr als angemessen. Das Ambiente draußen lud auch ein zum verweilen. Insgesamt macht Arendsee einen sehr sauberen Eindruck und lädt zum wandern ein. Wir würden definitiv nochmal wieder kommen! Vielen Dank an das ganze Team für die schönen Tage bei Ihnen im Haus.

Die Nähe zum See war einfach Klasse . Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum von Arendsee. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Genügend Parkplätze stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.
