"We checked in late in the evening, but the staff sent us the door code for the front door and the room and from that perspective check-in was very easy. The hotel was clean and quiet and we enjoyed our stay there. The hotel was just a five minute tram ride from the train station and a five minute walk to the tram. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops."

"I was happy with the cleanliness of the room. The only problem with the room itself was the lack of air conditioning. That could have been mitigated if the windows had screens. The bugs that came in were large and biting. I had killed a spider that I felt crawling on me. I had some trouble checking in. I did not know that check-in instructions would come through WhatsApp. If I hadn't made contact with another guest I would not have gotten the number I needed to contact the property. I had tried through Expedia to do so without a response. "

"Arrived at 8pm and they kept the kitchen open for us despite it being a bank holiday so that we could eat. Nice room, nice surroundings. Only negative was a not very clean bathroom floor. "
