Hard to go wrong with this hotel An excellent location, right in the heart of Arequipa town and close to so many restaurants and shops. The staff were always excellent, friendly and helpful. They have an amazing rooftop restaurant/bar with some of the best views in town. Rooms are well-appointed, modern and clean.

Great location. Near enough the main plaza for convenience and far enough to avoid most noise. There is a parking lot nearby, however, and Arequipans love their car alarms! The rooftop bar was a big plus, both for breakfast and evening drinks. The bar is not well stocked, however, and many items on the drink menu are not available.

This hotel is stunning! It’s right in the middle of town and next to the most delicious coffee shop. The rooftop is breath taking and everything was so easy! Thank you for an amazing stay.

This hotel is a little gem in Arequipa. Only a short walk to plaza de armas. The breakfast on the rooftop was very good and the view was magnificent. Overlooking the volcanoes and the cathedral. With early departure tours or checkout, the hotel prepared breakfast boxes for us and that was much appreciated. Also the hotel in house tours agency was very convenient. They helped us in organising private tours to Toro Muerto and Colca canyon literally the day before. Sure they might be more expensive that the various agencies around the plaza de armas but it was very practical and convenient. We initially stayed 4 nights at the hotel and booked another night on our way back from Cusco few weeks later because we really appreciated the hotel. Will definately stayed there if we ever go back to Arequipa.

Great hotel! Very clean room. It’s near everything you need : pharmacies, Plaza de Armas, restaurants, cafes, and more. The lady at the reception was very nice and spoke English which helped us a lot. The breakfast was amazing (juices, fruits, eggs, and much more) and the staff working at the restaurant on the rooftop were so nice to us. I would recommend 100%!

The hotel was beautiful and staff were amazing and helpful. They made me a lunch bag for one of my tours; that was a huge plus for me. Hotel is walking distance to plaza de armas and restaurants. I really recommend it.

The hotel is in a great location. It is clean and front office staff and the manager are very helpful. However, be aware that “courtyard” view is really a room with a window to a small foyer with glass roof. The hotel (like many hotels in Arequipa) doesn’t have AC. They do provide a fan on request that is fine, if it it’s not too hot outside. The breakfast they offer is not great. After first day we used the restaurant next door, Oso, which is great.

The location is very walkable which is what we enjoyed the most about the hotel. We booked a room with cathedral view. Yes, there is view of the cathedral but the view is also mostly dominated by the parking lot between the hotel and cathedral so I wouldn’t pay a premium for the view. We had a second floor room and could hear street noise which affected our sleep. The bathroom is tiny. In-room amenities were adequate. Breakfast was also adequate. Overall, it was an ok stay. No regrets about booking this hotel.

Very nice and helpful staff. Hotel is justs blocks away from the main plaza and cathedral. Rooms are aesthetically pleasing and bery clean.

The hotel has a great location, very clean. Rooms however, had no sound isolation, combined with open areas across floors made it so sleep was sometimes challenging with music activities in the hotel or early cleaning processes.

It was a wonderful experience. Breakfast was amazing. The beds, room and shower super comfy and overall atmosphere was great. Add a swimming pool to the roof and it will be a 5-stae hotel for sure. Only tips we have: laundry service was per piece instead of per kilo. And there is a sauna. In other hotels we sometimes got 30 minute spa experience per room per day for free to make it accessible. But no complaints it was great overall

We stayed 4 nights, we really liked everything, very clean, the staff, the breakfasts, the food and everything was excellent. I would go back and highly recommend it.
