Las Torres de Ugarte was really satisfying. It is well located and the all the staffs were kind and helping. It is perfect to explore Centro historico in Arequipa and there are plenty of restaurants and places to visit around. They've got nice terrace to enjoy the evening view as well.

Spot on in Arequipa

Based ourselves here for 4 nights exploring Arequipa and around, and it couldn't have been better. Simple, clean, comfortable, and in a great location for the old town. Staff were outstanding in their helpfulness, with reception staff in particular going out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The hotel is located closed to downtown Arequipa, walking distance of plaza de Armas and Convento de Santa Catalina. The buffet breakfast is delicious and plenty nutritious options.

Nice property- loc and staff are excellent. Easy walking distance to the spots in the old town. Note breakfast is good, but basic. You can order eggs cooked to your preference however.

Great location!

Very warm and hospitable staff 24/7. Room with 4 twin beds was a bit small with our luggage, but comfortable and warm. Wonderful rooftop terrace for breakfast overlooking the city. Location is perfect and within minutes of the plaza. Thank you!

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, comfortable bed and warm covers. Good location and excellent staff. Breakfast basic but good. The turtle in the backyard was so curte! The only downside was that the floor was very dirty in the room.

Nice hotel in a very central location. I chose it as there were amazing reviews and the photos looked stunning! However, you should request in advance to have a room in the garden otherwise you’ll be placed in the main building which has a lot of street noise and he rooms are not nearly as pretty as the photos. Breakfast was a small buffet but enough options.

The property was a short walk from the town centre. We had a four person family room which had four individual beds which was a welcome change from day sofa bed option you find in most hotels. The staff were friendly and eager to please and just a few minor tweaks would make the service flawless: 1 we booked a wake up call for 2:30 am, as we were catching an early tour, which we did not receive and 2 our room was left unlocked after being cleaned. Breakfast was not bad and the packed breakfast that was made for us when we left early for the tour was excellent. The hotel is very cute with a relaxing courtyard and a pet tortoise and the room was clean, warm and spacious. I would definitely recommend to other travellers spending a couple days in Arequipa.

On a beaucoup apprécié le personnel, la Mme à la réception est un cœur, la location très pratique à trois rues de la Plaza,, tout propre sauf la literie, c’est la seule chose que j’ai pas aimé. Les couvertures semblait pas propre, les doudous en plumes tachées, cheveux sur les draps, ils nous ont apporté des nouvelles propres. Le petit déjeuner délicieux sur la terrasse , pas cher. Chambre énorme pour 4, je recommande cet hôtel
