"We loved this hotel and really enjoyed our stay here. The main reason I wanted to stay here was for the thermal pools. It was so relaxing. I didn't know they had an alpaca farm nearby with two small exhibition to learn more about condors and alpacas. That was a bonus! The hotel was very clean, spacious, peaceful. I especially liked the extra large bathroom."

"Very comfy hotel and Juanita the tortoise is a real highlight"

"Great location, the restaurant had good variety and the food was good The staff was very friendly. I feel the mattress wasn’t very comfortable"

"Staff were very helpful and everything was perfect"

"Excellent service!"
