"This was a very spacious hotel. Our room was huge. We had a table and a very spacious bathroom. A real find as was not expecting this. I had emailed ahead as my daughter has a disability and we were given a. Ground floor room. There was a huge car park with free car parking. "The property was a relief; we originally booked with a different property and ended our stay early and booked here. The property was excellent, it had air conditioning, was clean. The staff stored our luggage while the room was being prepared. The first night there was a problem with hot water, I would have expected them to offer us a complimentary breakfast, but they did not, but the problem was solved the next day. The access to the RER station is excellent, it is right out the front door....

"Our room had a good view from which we could see the Frozen mountain and Disney hot air balloon. We chose to walk to the park each time and it took around 20 minutes on a well lit route. Staff were helpful and pleasant, speaking English well. Breakfast was adequate and a pleasant ambience, though McDonald's might have offered more "bang for your buck" in terms of what the cost hit you. Five negatives stick out to me - the door to one of the bedrooms wouldn't close, the lift refused to take us up...
