"A fantastic hotel from check in to check out. All the staff are wonderful & very helpful. The rooms are great, beautifully decorated, probably the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in at a hotel, and great air-con (definitely needed when the temp was 35-36 degrees during our stay). "The floor is a bit cold. Modern and clean. You have to ask for the tee and water boiler. By default nothing in the room if you want any thing that is already mentioned in booking you have to ask for it. It's a bit weird and make me feel uncomfortable asking every day for a simple thing like tee or coffee. "

Stephanie made sure our stay and needs were perfect and was so helpful helping us plan taxis and find good restaurant spots.
