"All was great, except paid parking. But overall the stay was reasonable."

"Stay in the courtyard view. If not it’s a little scary on outside rooms"

"Great location, wonderful respite from San Diego to Colorado so that I could wake up early and hike Bright Angel trail into the Glorious Grand Canyon."

"The feel of this hotel is like a warm southwest lodge. So inviting and cozy. There is a huge fireplace with nice comfortable seating in the great room for reading or relaxing. Breakfast is also served there and it was very good. The views of the trees make you feel like you’re in the beautiful woods. Every staff member we ran into was helpful and friendly. This hotel was such a pleasant surprise we didn’t want to leave."

"For the price, it was fantastic. Staff was great. Room was clean. Clientele was iffy, but the price was right. It was safe."

"The hotel was very busy, and we stayed there during a powerful rain/thunderstorm. The rooms were a bit smaller than normal. However, the design was well thought out and had a place for everything. It felt as if the design was leaning towards a younger crowd. I wondered if they also rented rooms out to college students attending the nearby university. Clean and primarily quiet. Convenient to several restaurants."

"I arrived in a storm and woke up to snow dusted mountains. Looks like recent renovations have been completed with comfy beds and new tiled showers. Love the little coffee nook in reception. On the corner of Rte 66 so fun for history buffs."

"Excellent service"

"We love the Holiday Inn. Rooms are clean and cozy. The free morning breakfast is amazing and actually tasteful. ONE THING I don’t like are how expensive the snacks are in the snack area. A cup of noodle was $4 when they’re .99c at the grocery store, and that is just one of many high priced snacks and beverages! So bring your own snacks!"

"great stay had no issues. Room was spotless and staff was friendly. Would stay again especially for the price. Area was quiet and slept peacefully"

"Clean rooms and breakfast was good."

"We have stayed here many times over the years while traveling back and forth from Texas to California. The location is beautiful. The rooms are quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and accommodating. A big plus for us is that there are pet friendly rooms available. Excellent breakfast buffet!"

"I liked that the bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked. It was also quiet. What was funny and not pretty was the neon green color the property was painted with."
