I found a cup of old fountain drink on our room window sill but not a big issue. I also found that one k-cup coffee was missing from the holder which I called the staff right away. They responded and gave me more k-cups coffee promptly. The hot tub is hot but what we all enjoyed most is the arcade! One down thing is I found that the hotel charged me...

"We’ve stayed at this hotel more than a dozen times. But this stay was not enjoyable because of the bed. The King size bed in room 233 was extremely uncomfortable. The top mattress on the bed was so uneven that both my husband and I felt like the blood was rushing to are head. We could tell by just looking at the bed when we walked into the room that the bed was so uneven that you could see how high the foot of the bed was compared to the head of the bed.
