"I booked two rooms for my group. Upon checking in my room was filthy especially the bathroom. It was not cleaned at all.(I had sanitary concerns). The other room the window that would not close all the way, making a large whistling sound (this gave me safety concerns especially for a young female). I immediately addressed the issues with the front desk and was told to contact expedia and they would appeove a refund. "This hotel is truly a gem in Winslow. The employees were excellent and professional. The hotel is an early 20th century railroad station and the hotel and rooms still have that feel. The restaurant is top notch with wonderful food (ate there twice). Anyone going to Winslow, Arizona should stay in this hotel."

"The property is an older style motel but it is extremely well kept. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There’s a restaurant on-site -the best in town. We opted in for the breakfast which was good-eggs, bacon, toast and coffee for a very reasonable price. "
