"The staff was friendly enough. We arrived very late in the evening and required very little. Our room was clean, but very dated and had a very strong, odd smell. Probably a cleaning chemical. It wasn't a foul smell, just incredibly strong. Since we were only here long enough to sleep, get up the next morning and leave, it was fine. It would not be my preference for an extended stay. On the positive, again, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked, and our floor was quiet enough that...

"I tried to check in, but the Indian man behind the counter was incredibly rude. When I walked up to the counter, he was on his phone ( with the volume full blast, watching videos like a child), and when he saw me, he said, "yeah?". It got worse from there, and he tried even denying me my room due to the fact that I used a nickname on Expedia. I've never had this issue before. He was so nasty to me the entire time, I had to call corporate and demand a refund, and a new hotel. Corporate helped me,...
