"They didn’t have our reservation which was for 2 nights stay . 5/15/26 and 5/16/26 . Had to show them that my stay was to be for 2 days , they had placed our belongings under the stairs in the lobby . Your calendars asked for days of stay, correct? I highlighted the 15th and the 16th . I was told that was only for one night only . Though I was charged for two days . "

"There were multiple issues with this property... From the moment we arrived, there were 5 police officers and animal control blocking the drop off zone due to "someone having a cat that they weren't supposed to, so they had it removed" though they also looked through the windows of a car in the lot... As for the property itself: 1. There are 3 elevators, but only 1 works and it takes at least 5 minutes for it to arrive when you push the button... When it did, the hand rails inside were busted and there was a patch on the wall. 2. There was a used contact lense on the floor of our room, dirt and wrapper from trash that wasn't ours. We do not wear contacts and hadn't opened food. 3. The bathroom floor did not appear to be mopped 4. Hand Towels had stains on them 5. AC did not cool the room. We turned it to 60 degrees at 3pm and returned at about 1030pm and still had no change. Our infant was sweating even when I undressed and couldn't sleep for hours. We ended up having to get portable fans from our car to be able to sleep . 6. There are no amenities other than the pool (which we did not use so I can't speak to it) 7. Safety is a 0- it's in a sketchy area, and even though security is in the parking lot at all times, the fact that they just text a QR code as the key, and the doors have no deadbolts or chains is a problem. They only have the flip out metal lock. Not returning. Do not recommend. "

"Room was very nice and staff extremely friendly. Casino well maintained. Was disappointed in restaurant system. Felt like a fast food restaurant. Had to look at 4 different menus up on a wall to decide what we wanted, then order your meal and pay before going to the dining area. The food was prepared and brought to the table. The waitress was very nice and helpful. Really missed the diner."

"Our room was beautiful but we did notice that the area/floors in the Lobby, bar etc were dirty. A lot of cups and food plates were left behind on the area tables in the bar area near the entertainment area! The entertainment was awesome!!! "

"The location was a little different. There was abandoned buildings around it. Didn’t feel fully comfortable."

"It was very cleaner than the holiday inn which is in the same parking lot which we stayed in a day before! The staff was very sweet and helpful however we did have water on the floor from the AC when told about it nothing was done when we were there but we made them aware and no compensation was given to us at all"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the HU. Very clean, comfy beds, staff was really friendly and welcoming. They also gave us suggestions on places we might like to eat. We loved the location of the HU. It was very close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. We would definitely stay there again."
