"great location and extraordinary staff. I met with the owner Hesham, a gentelman who made sure that I get well accommodated. The breakfast was good and the ladies were wonderful. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The AC should be a little colder but that's ok. it wasn't that hot anyway."

"This cozy, well-cared-for villa is truly a gem… overlooking the incredibly beautiful Lake Como. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay (we wish we had stayed longer!!). Donatella (the owner), her daughter, Martina, and others helped make our stay truly memorable. The room was large, incredibly clean and well/appointed… and the views from the patio were simply breathtaking. Parking is available on-site with a prior reservation. Breakfast was ample and delicious, with lots of tasty baked...

"We were so lucky to find this hotel at short notice. Perfectly positioned next to the lake in Como. The hotel has only just opened after extensive refurbishment and it is beautiful. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the service was first class. The roof top bar is beautiful with views across the lake and the old town. "Der Eingang hat uns überrascht wir dachten erstmal Wuaw. Dann die Zimmer. Sehr alt und enttäuschend. Einzig gute es war sehr sauber. Wir sind nur ein Tag zur Durchreise geblieben und waren im ganzen zufrieden. Bellagio 30 min entfernt."

"Falta reparos importantes nos quartos como cortinas ( estavam rasgadas e se desprendendo nao havia blecaute) o quarto era perto de uma avenida haviabastante barulho vindo da rua ,e dos quartos ao lado se houve tudo. O colchão está bastante gasto com afundamento importante nos mesmos tivemos que inverter o colchão e tentar melhorar ,os travesseiros sao muito ruins. O cafe é razoável mas demoram para repor o que falta"

"Great bathroom, shower was a spa feature in itself. Spa was lovely but the outdoor bit could have been a bit cleaner, the outdoor bed had a lot of spiders and beetles. Hotel is nice, very typical airport hotel vibes."
