We was sorry to read that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We accept the fact of not pleasing to everyone but we do not accept bad faith.Our breakfast is greatly appreciated: a wide choice of quality products and above all, all the pastries are homemade every day: it is therefore impossible for them to be old!! The same goes for the fruit salad which only offers seasonal and local fruits! Calling it horrible is not acceptable and it is a lack of respect for the cook who arrives every morning at 6 o'clock.On the other hand, a few groups of tourists do pass by but it is not frequent and it is not noisy. No bars on our street, only restaurants which close at 10 p.m. and what's more, the service is indoors since the weather does not yet allow us to use the terraces.And finally, the hotel gives all the information for the different parking options to its guests upon arrival.However, we apologize that your experience was not as you expected.Best regards,Florence

Estimado Senor,Antes que nada, gracias por compartir su comentario, con respecto a su reciente estancia , nos gustaría darle las gracias por sus amables palabras con respecto a la amabilidad de nuestros compañeros y la limpieza del hotel..Lamentamos leer que su experiencia no haya sido la esperada pero suponemos que estáis acostumbrados a hoteles de cadena muy distintos de nuestra “casa” que sin embargo, merece sus 4*. También, lo que nos habéis sabido apreciar es la esencia misma de nuestra casa : suelo de origen, muebles de mercadillo,….En cambio, todos los equipos (cama, banera, …) son nuevos y de gran calidad ¡Lamentamos lo de las obras que se están realizando en toda la ciudad este mes pero es difícil avisar, no sabemos con antelación cuando nos toca, ni cuando empieza ni cuando termina. Y no pensábamos que la terraza fuera importante en el mes de Diciembre.Reciba un cordial saludo,Florence
