"When I arrived from a 5 hour drive to check in, I had to wait 10 minutes in the lobby for the hostess to get off the phone to be able to check in. Then once in my room, we needed a blanket and I called for the front desk, and no one would answer. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Location is great for Globe Life and AT&T. The only compliant I have is the shuttle service to DFW only runs in the morning and afternoon. "
