Staff are polite and helpful. The hotel is in a VERY sketchy neighborhood and appears to be a long term rental for people on public assistance. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Everett by IHG
This was a nice comfortable stay. Facility was clean. Staff was friendly. Location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, casino, and more. Breakfast was okay, a little above your average hotel breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious. I would recommend this hotel.
