PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA Y DESONESTIDAD DE ESTE LUGAR

Cuando llegamos al lugar y la señora que gestiona las reservas, nos cuestiono si teníamos o no una reserva. Al mostrarle la reserva que llegó al celular, dijo que ella no conocía la plataforma de Hoteles. com y que por ende no podía dejarnos hospedar y que no tenía conocimiento de dicha reserva. Creemos que esta señora nos estaba mintiendo y le entregó nuestra habitación a otra persona. Fue bastante desagradable y molesto esta situación. Pésima experiencia con este lugar.
