Areas for Improvement: The indoor pool was consistently occupied by outside fitness classes, making it unavailable for guest leisure. Being redirected to a cold outdoor pool is inconsistent with five-star standards. Furthermore, the concierge lacked professionalism; car prices to the center fluctuated daily with arbitrary excuses. When we provided calm feedback, the reception's response was dismissive. Local recommendations also felt "outsourced" to a quick search engine rather than expert knowledge. Verdict: Fantastic comfort and location, but the third-party prioritization of the spa and the dismissive service at the front desk prevent this from being a truly premium experience."
