Cari Cottage di Arnold

"My stay was adequate until I was ready to go to sleep and found bedbugs on the pillows and the bed. I only saw a couple but of course that's enough to send me for the exit. The person handling the front desk desperately wanted to speak to me about the problem and asked that I call her the next day but wasn't available the three times I called. I don't expect much and this hotel seemed to be fine but it's not far to rock bottom."

"Breakfast wasn't very good. The adjoining door didn't lock between rooms. Not safe."

"Loved the super clean hotel.. Comfortable beds , big t v, FABULOUS breakfast every morning.. GREAT LOCATION, we will come again and recommend to everyone"

"The drain in the tub is broken. Water was so slow to drain after my shower. Below toilet bowl is a broken plastic piece of pipe. The bed was extremely comfortable with the best pillows for a hotel stay that I have ever slept on. Comfortable chair in the room along with the desk chair."

"Clean well maintained"

"Clean rooms, loved the kurig in each room."

"I think I was bite on the neck one night"

"Everything about this hotel was amazing! Thank you all!"

"Everything was good. Seemed that the property was not full but we were forced into a suite."
