"We have stayed at this location multiple times, and honestly I was very disappointed during this stay. The rooms and bathrooms were dingy, dated and not as clean as I would like- dirty towels were left behind from previous guests, the phones appeared dirty and one didn’t even work when I attempted to call the front desk to report that a plastic bag of our clothing was missing. I think that it was mistaken for trash and taken by the housekeeper- I spoke to 2 different front desk staff- but was never contacted by the head of housekeeping as promised. Neither staff seemed concerned about my missing clothing despite me explaining that it contained a sentimental item of clothing - a man’s royal blue polo shirt with “Pitt” insignia- as we were in town to attend our daughter’s graduation. The breakfast was fair, but the coffee machine was complicated and we had to stand in line for several minutes to get coffee. There didn’t seem to be enough staff to handle the crowd. On the brighter side- the parking was ample and the beds were very comfortable. "

"Perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants, and all that Pittsburgh has to offer. Parking garage is next door but too expensive, so I suggest you park a few blocks out."

"Our check-in was very smooth and the staff are friendly and professional. Our room was very clean. Breakfast is grab and go - hard boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee, granola bars, and muffins."

"The Lawrenceville location was perfect for us. There was a lot of street noise, though. They should have better insulated windows in the rooms."
