The view of the gateway arch from our room was amazing. The lobby was very bright and grand looking. The hotel's location seemed like a safe area. Once we exited the elevator on the 11th floor, the hallways leading to our room (carpet, walls) were a dreary dark gray color. We couldn't wait to get out of the hallway! Seems like a small detail, but for such a nice hotel we surprised by the dismal colors leading to our room."
