"The room and resort are ok. We had 4 people but they would only give 2 passes to the water park. We just wanted to sit by the pool! Ridiculous for what they charge. There is not house cleaning and people are supposed to leave their trash outside the room which makes the hallway stink. The lady at check in was rude but the other staff were nice. Restaurant and bars closed around 9 while we were there. For the money I would stay elsewhere next time. “Third” bed was ridiculous as a bunk bed. It...

"Everything was great except for the resturant. We were seated at a table but no one came to get our order. Ended up just leaving. There was only one other table being served at the time :(

"Ac unit was not working and when the unit would start its cool cycle it sounded like a semi jake brake. Was told the rooms were all full so couldn’t switch to a different room. 80 degrees and humid all night no sleep."

"Booked this hotel due to hot tub advertised. Upon check-in, the hot tub was completely covered up, non running. Discussed with booking company, was told front desk would let us check out in 10 minutes. Front desk allowed us to leave but took days of back and forth for them to release our money! An absolute joke! Would NEVER recommend due to false advertising, dishonest staff. No thanks!"
