"We booked a two night stay for graduation weekend. There was no hot water in the hotel. I called front desk the first night and was told it was a problem with the entire hotel. This was false. Our friends on the first floor had hot water. We were on the third floor. Second day, I was told it was just a problem that was supposed to be fixed but wasn't yet. The front desk staff took my number for management to contact me. They did not."

"This was a great stay for the price. I look for budget friendly options when passing through towns on motorcycle trips. This hotel was one of the best in that category. The staff person (assuming owner/operator) was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property was very well kept and maintained. Everything was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again if I’m back in the area. "

"Great little suite in the cutest town of Culpeper. Place was extremely clean, quiet and convenient to all types of dining, shopping and train station. Beautifully decorated city with Christmas theme. Staff answered questions via email almost immediately. Very professional. We will stay here again. Highly recommend. "

"Amazing stay in nature. Love the fire supplies provided and the coffee was tasty. The s'more's kit was an added treat. Everything was lovely especially the setting in the middle of nature. Great fire pit and when you lay in bed you just see the trees in the woods. It just was amazing. It might be nicer if there was a blackout area where you can see the stars, and if there was an extra blanket, but otherwise absolutely no complaints. Great communication with the host.
