"I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it wasn’t the most comfortable experience. The room itself was just okay—basic but functional. However, it didn’t feel very clean. There was an awful smell in the room that never went away. There were visible marks on the walls, a stale smell, and the bathroom could definitely use a more thorough scrubbing. "Friendly exceptionally clean hotel with wonderful menu for dinner. Good wine list at friendly prices. The bed was a medical grade mattress which was a bit too firm for us. All in all a wonderful place to stay not far from Portugal Spanish border. Listing did not say that whilst it was off a listed road it was not now the main road so was quiet.Hotel refurbished a year or so ago and is popular with locals always a good sign "

"We traveled to Fermiselle to trace my family roots as my great grandfather immigrated to Cuba from there in the 1920’s. To say that the manager was accommodating would be an understatement. "This bnb is a gem in every way. The location in the historic district is perfect. You can walk everywhere. Car parking is very easy on the street. The bnb itself is stunning and comfortable. Our room was absolutely beautiful. The bathroom was like none other we have ever seen. The host was friendly and helpful, and her breakfast was remarkable!
