"We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn! It was so nice to find a nice hotel that welcomed dogs of all sizes as well. My golden retriever is a very gentle and well behaved dog but unfortunately it’s hard to find a hotel that allows dogs her size. The Hampton Inn was welcoming and had no issues with her staying with us. A wonderful experience!"

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had in a long time.
The problems started as soon as I checked into my room. The room was clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There were hairs on the toilet seat that certainly did not belong to me, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness of the entire room. "The property and staff were nice. However the description stated there was a bar on site and there is not. We were there for a celebration and the amenities that are described are very misleading. We would have chosen a different place. Parking is also $8 a night even though the hotel is in a private parking lot, which was also not mentioned when booking."

"I really enjoyed this hotel! We came for the night to go to a concert at the Bank of America Stadium! It was affordable and not too far from the stadium, about 15ish minutes. The room and bathroom were clean and the room temperature was nice and cool. The beds were comfortable and overall it was a great experience! I highly recommend. If I come back to a concert here I will stay at this location again!"

"My flight was rebooked with an overnight layover in Charlotte, so I booked this hotel. The 24-hour shuttle was super convenient and quick. The room and bathroom were super clean and comfy. The restaurant/bar was open till 11 p.m. and served real food and drinks; I had shrimp and grits which were delightful. The lobby decor and pool were beautiful, but the pool was closed for maintenance. Overall an excellent layover spot!"

"Theu have a problem with noisy ventilation system in the ceiling at the entrance. I had to change the room, because it was really disturbing. You can not switch it off without disconnecting other appliances in the room.
Fridge was also dirty- bottom drawers.
