"Property is clean and staff is great but pillows and beds are not comfortable. It might be ok for others but the bed was very firm, the pillows were very firm. Softer pillow would have made it more tolerable. TV didn’t work, A/C didn’t work so we had to switch rooms. Had to use an iPad to watch anything decent anyways. I did book this property with an off site company, they said parking available, no fee for parking ever mentioned. Charged additional $25 per night which I feel is really crappy for the hotel to do. You’re already paying a good amount for a room!!"

"Overall great property. Location was really good at about a 12 minute walk to Disney security. Room was spacious and clean although the bed was a bit firm for my taste. My big issue was the shower. The ceiling in the shower was pretty low so if you are taller than probably 6’2”you might have some issues. Otherwise the staff was very nice, the pool was good, and exactly what I needed!"
