"Beautiful Hotel but the hotel is located next to a night club that plays loud music until 2 in the morning. Also, loud motorcycles & cars outside the club. I would not recommend staying here due to the noise level."

"Great hotel accommodations that feels more like the comforts of home and or our European stays, especially in the suites. Always superior in hospitality and service. Restaurants provide us excellent service especially for our anniversary and the food and preparations are great quality. We could have used more housekeeping, since they didn’t seem to turn down our beds at night or provide us with more towels. We would have liked to have had lean washcloths and towels and robes for the other half...

Tal ves si sería mejor asignar las habitaciones con vista ala cuidad pues es parcialmente la vista también no me gustó que pusieran cargos extra ala tarjeta en el escritorio de la entrada nadie supo explicar los cargos extra por todo lo demás lo disfruté en Familia"

"Parking garage is valet only $50 a day Parking on the street is $3 for 2 hours, there's a parking lot behind hotel $10 - $15 for 12 hours at a time through the same apply for street parking. Street parking is free after 6 until 7am. Outside smells like GMO weed. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Wifi is tricky to connect laptop to, staff didn't know how to either. Overall I was still satisfied with my stay"

"Jimmy at the front desk was very short and not friendly. The bar staff was not busy but did not come to our table to take our orders. We had to walk up to bar to get drinks. The bartender was more interested in visiting with one guy. However, Justin at the pool was amazing! Even though he was super busy he took care of everybody very well. The a/c vent in our bathroom was dripping and a/c would not cool room during the day but after hours would finally cool at night better."

"Beautiful hotel even with the renovations going on. Check in easy, clean rooms, beautiful view from the windows. Bathroom hanging mirror was falling off, called front desk and they upgraded to a new room free of charge. Valet parking is the way to go."

"Everything was good except for the breakfast in a box. Real plates and silverware would have been the bistro so much better."

"There was no hot water during the stay, when I checked in, the room was unclean, lots of hairs on the bed and floor"
