"Pros - early check in, rooms are really clean, breakfast is good, car park secure, decent gym.
Cons - I booked a room with self catering facilities but due to overbooking I was given a room with no self catering facilities. As a good will gesture, I was given 25% off dining. When I went to get dinner at 8pm, they told me the restaurant manager was sick and they could not serve me. Be prepared to not get the room you paid for. The difference in price has also not been refunded."

"Functional hotel as a base between tours into the outback.
It was clean but tired looking. Our first room's air conditioning was very weak. The second room was much better. It was quite noisy at night with a drunk guest the first night."

"A good value budget hotel in Alice Springs with secure parking. Management extremely helpful, nothing negative to say about it. Of course you can pay a lot more for the Hilton or Mercure but this hotel is totally adequate and is not as noisy (hoons at night) as the Diplomat Hotel where we have stayed previously. No restaurant open but plenty of options within walking distance."
