"Yes there is a bumpy 15 minute ride from the main road but the pay off is a tranquil environment to relax at Kili Villa. Our room had a lovely outlook to the gardens where local fauna and birds did their thing. The staff were welcoming and courteous, and the food was delicious. Perhaps the experience could have been improved with better communication about food and drink options when we arrived (with an explanation card). There are no other options for F&B in the area (aside from the golf club)...

"The hotel has significant grounds around it and there are lots of birds. The staff are all so so happy and friendly and the place is kept immaculate, with cleaning and gardening work. The food was also excellent - flavourful and well prepared. "The location of this lodge is amazing, offering a serene setting to enjoy the wildlife of Tanzania when not on safari. The lodge sits on the edge of a marsh and gave us multiple terrace options (including a private one attached to our room) to do some bird watching. While there , we saw the African fish eagle and Black-and-white cascade hornbill, songbirds too many to count, along with some visiting Vervet monkeys. Four Points By Sheraton Arusha, The Arusha Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel is like an oasis in the busy centre of Arusha town, next to the Clock Tower. It is a hotel dating back to the 1930's but the renovations would lead you to believe it was built in the past 5 years. The gardens are luscious with lots of vegetation. There is a pool and gym on site but had no time to check out either. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and knowledgable. The restaurant menu was great for breakfast and dinner, with lots of options. The rooms were clean. Not much that can be said to prevent you from checking out this property on your next visit to Arusha town. We stayed for 2 nights and then had to move on but I could have stayed longer."

Aurica

"I really recommend Áurica hotel, the staff it’s very kind attentive, the room was so clean, and the food was so fresh and delicious."

Kili Seasons Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Incredible Staff greeted us after a long travel day. After flying from Denver we landed to find out our accommodations previously booked were no longer available. Kili Seasons Hotel saved the day and we were able to transfer our booking to their hotel and they even arranged a shuttle from the airport for us. After a long passport control line on top of an already big travel day, arriving at Kili Seasons to warm and friendly staff made the day feel worth it. We were offered hot vegetable soup (sooo delicious) and a spacious clean room that had us smiling as we went to bed. All of the staff were so helpful the next morning in scheduling a shuttle to our next hotel, helping us with bags, and making sure our relaxing morning was perfect. Breakfast was yummy and the staff are all eager to help make sure you have a wonderful stay, highly recommend this place!"
