"Somehow, between San Francisco and Johannesburg, my largest piece of luggage cracked. The facilities guy came up, took a look, went back and got supplies and sat there with me for 20 minutes to make sure my luggage was secure for the rest of my travels. Also, I really enjoyed my dinner at the hotel restaurant."

No curtain or blinds at the window in bathroom, then the mirror reflected light through the transparant door, which was not pleasant during nigth.
