Not like other Four Seasons, but they have specially view on the pyramids from the window of my room. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. The room was very clean and pleasant, room service was really good and very helpful, I called them at 3.30am asking for a extra duvet, its provide straight away :) Location is great there is not in a quiet location off the main noise road, but the real problem about the noise was inside my room, the guys in the next room making so high conversation...

Wonderfully close to the pyramids. Service was excellent. Security excellent.

Great experience room ok staff great 🙌

A traditional hotel, with fantastic views of the pyramids, sphinx and a free view of the evening light show on the pyramids. All this from the roof terrace and some of the rooms

New hotel in a good central location. Very helpful staff. We had a suite with access to the executive lounge for a nice breakfast and a light evening meal

We (myself, my husband and our 9yo son) stayed for one night there, we got the room with the pyramid view. And what a treat was to wake up to that view! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast is really nice. The coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice were perfect! The bed was very comfortable and big enough for the 3 of us. They also sent a driver to pick us up at the airport. Note that the hotel is across from the Night light show and not the main entrance. You would still need a ride...

We stayed here as a family of four as parents with two older teenagers and had to separate rooms for two nights. The rooms were clean, good amenities. We had a room each with a hot tub as requested and had a view of the pyramids which was wonderful. The rooms were located along where the road is so it was a little noisy but it didn’t bother us at all. It wasn’t a hotel where you could just pop out anywhere walking wise as such but this was no bother as we had tours pre booked for pick up and...

The hospitality was very good in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with any enquiries we had. The Hotel arranged my transport from the airport to the Hotel and then from the Hotel to the airport. The room were very clean and the whole property area was very nice location and I would recommend it to everybody to visit. The breakfast was very limited. I was expecting a bit more variety.

We had a great stay. The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful. We organised our guide for the pyramids through the hotel and this was excellent, helping us to navigate the site seemlessly without fuss and enjoy it!

I would definetly come to this Hotel again, and definitely would reccommend this hotel. Im quite shocked how clean their towels and the rooms actually were.. most 5* hotels have marked towels. Nice rooms and comfortable sleep. Hotel was well maintained, clean and good service. Breakfast and dinner had limited vegetarian dining options but food quality was good. Overall very good stay.
