Wonderful rooms. Neat and spacious and hygienic. Great value for money. The views of the pyramids both from our room and balcony and the roof top terrace was breath taking. Very very helpful staff. Loved our stay here.

Very accommodating and kind staff , the room is pristine , the location was perfect for your pyramid trip, they have the best tour package and best tour guide, free breakfast is a plus and lastly we have free ride from the airport on arrival. I can’t complain . We have the best time.

We stayed at the hotel for just one night as it was conveniently located close to the Pyramids and the GEM museum. In terms of staff, I would give a 5-star review. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a disappointment. Based on the reviews, we genuinely thought we had found a hidden gem. Sadly, this wasn’t the case. The floor was dirty, breakfast was average, the toilet barely flushed, and we only had warm water for a few minutes in the shower before the boiler emptied and the water turned ice cold. Refreshing on a hot day, perhaps, but not ideal at this time of year. I know this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but be aware that the rooms face a busy street. Come better prepared than we did and bring earplugs—the traffic noise and frequent honking can really disturb your sleep. Although it’s not a bad hotel, it’s important to manage your expectations when booking.
