The hotel is very modern, clean and have the best view to the pyramids. The room was large and very modern designed with chairs and coffee table ( delux double room on. The 5 floor) Excellent location to go to see the new museum. Staff was always very kind and helpful. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Airport shuttle was helpful with nice new big car. We are already 4 x in Egypt and it was the best hotel we were in. We will come again.

What a wonderful experience at Neo’s Pyramids Boutique Hotel! From the beautiful, spotless, and comfortable rooms to the exceptional hospitality, everything exceeded my expectations. One of my favorite memories was enjoying their delicious green soup on the rooftop one evening. When the waiter noticed I was cold, he thoughtfully came over and placed a blanket around me. Such a simple but incredibly touching gesture! The staff truly went above and beyond. When I accidentally overslept before my airport transfer, they called several times to make sure I was awake and wouldn’t miss my flight. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness and attention to detail. I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel! ❤️

Very good hotel in a great location. People who worked there was very helpful, especially Rasha. Rasha made everything possible what is needed to have a great vacation, ask her if you need anything from help to great tours what they offer

Great hotel with great service located centrally. Very noisy as most of the hotels are. Constant car honking and music playing but it is out of the hotels control thats just Egypt. The hotel itself is very nice although some attention could be shown to repair especially the windows that dont close fully or are not sealed properly letting dust and sand in all the time. The restaurant here is wonderful, the service is great, and overall a good stay but the beds were hard as a rock so if your a light sleeper maybe seek elsewhere but I would recommend overall if your able.

My son and I stayed one night for our layover so we didn’t have a lot of time. This location was perfect. We could see the pyramids from our room and the staff was amazing. The food was good too. We had everything we needed and our Customer relations rep Rasha made sure we were taking care of. I’ll definitely visit again for a longer stay.

Nice new hotel, free upgrade to pyramid view room, spacious room, comfy bed, walking distance to pyramids gate. Friendly staff, especially at the front desk, and Rasha and Sabry always smiling and helpful. We would stay again!

Newer hotel clean rooms and best views from upper floors and roof top deck was great. Staff were extremely friendly and the airport shuttle was a good choice. They provided nice tour options for nearby attractions.

The hospitality was very good in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with any enquiries we had. The Hotel arranged my transport from the airport to the Hotel and then from the Hotel to the airport. The room were very clean and the whole property area was very nice location and I would recommend it to everybody to visit. The breakfast was very limited. I was expecting a bit more variety.

Due to government mandates, there is no running water at some times of the day. Yet, at no time the hotel personnel notified guests about this issue. It would be nice to at least have some kind of transparent warning at checkin time that there will be moments without water, so the guest can gauge their expectations. On another note, Maggie, from the restaurant, is an awesome waitress and really helpful every time we needed it during breakfast.

The best hotel I've stayed in in Giza. The staff were very kind and attentive. The rooms were clean and well-decorated in an Egyptian theme. I recommend it 100%.
