"I came in late night, there was no front desk service but I was accommodated. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean. We wanted to switch from the residence to the actual hotel but already paid and would have wasted our money. But Omar was great, he was very helpful when he was working his shift."

"This beautiful boutique hotel is nestled at the foot of the Giza pyramid plateau providing a gorgeous view of the pyramids from the rooftop terrace as well as a room with the view. The charming and peaceful atmosphere coupled by the proprietor Mr.Ahmed and his staff provided a gracious and hospitable stay. They went above and beyond to provide unparalleled service making sure to really personalize my stay. This included a dance party on the morning of my birthday with the staff members on the terrace, afternoon conversations while viewing a gorgeous sunset, also rooftop ( the sofa was my favorite spot) In addition I met a business man from Dubai in the lobby who stays there every time he comes to Giza weather business or vacation.
