Very pleased with this hotel and staff. The room was comfortable, with a balcony area and accessible to the upstairs outdoor area which gives stunning views of the pyramids. The service we received was excellent. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. 100/10.

This hotel is advertised as 5star. There’s no way it’s a 5 star. 3/4 star max. The property is nice, the rooms are basic. I didn’t have a hairdryer or fridge in my room. One morning there was no hot water, while I was in the shower. The staff are really good though, especially the chap called Mohammed. He was the only one that spoke some English!
Pizza from the Italian next door to the hotel. Expensive but nice

Le personnel est super, toujours à l’écoute +++, chambre rapport qualité prix bien. Juste l’isolation phonique mauvaise, il m’ont donner une chambre coté rue trop de bruit avec les klaxonne, il m’ont changer pour un coté plus calme, mais on entend beaucoup les bruits extérieures, mais beaucoup d’hôtel on se problème de nuisance. Mais pour le tarifs cela reste convenable.

La struttura e' un boutique hotel (qualsiasi cosa significhi) a conduzione familiare Ha quindi poche stanze molto curate e pulite Ha una bellissima terrazza da cui c'e' una strepitosa vista sulle piramidi che sono molto vicine alla struttura e dove si fa colazione ma dove e' possibile cenare e mangiare a qualsiasi ora cibo ottimo e comunque tutti sono sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta e esigenza Il personale e' davvero premuroso In particolare mohamed il gestore e' sempre presente per ogni bisogno e per ogni necessita' dal prepararci una box per la colazione la mattina in cui avevamo una escursione per cui uscivamo alle 6 a pagare il taxi per noi perche non avevamo moneta egiziana davvero una figura di riferimento con una dedizione unica e impagabile Le camere che noi avevamo erano state appena finite quindi di fatto nuovissime e questo per noi e' stato molto piacevole La struttura molto pulita Unico handicap e' che non c'e ascensore ma sono solo 3 piani fino alla terrazza e comunque il personale si e' sempre occupato delle nostre valige quindi di fatto non e' stato un problema per noi mentre e' stato piacevole essere in una struttura piccola e sentirsi coccolati

Hotel sencillo cerca de las pirámides, los cuartos muy limpios, amplios y el personal muy amable. La zona alrededor es fea y sucia, no es insegura, pero no es una zona para caminar. El hotel demasiado ruidoso, el cuarto que nos dieron estaba abajo del rooftop y había demasiado ruido. El cuarto era para una familia y el calentador de agua no era suficiente y nos bañamos con agua fría. No recomendaría el hotel.

Amazing staff

The staff made this stay a 5 star experience. We stayed in the top suite. Similar to most hotels in Cairo but here everyone was extremely attentive and helpful, we fell respected at all times and safe.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s very clean, stylish, and located so close to the Pyramids with an amazing view. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere made the whole experience even better. What really stood out were the tours organized by the hotel – everything was excellent! The cars were comfortable, the drivers were professional and friendly, and the meals included in the trips were great. It truly made exploring Cairo and the surrounding areas so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Pyramids!

A beautiful boutique hotel with magnificent view if the pyramids, the room same like photos , nour , huda , mohamed were great and friendly , staff always smiling and friendly , because we had only one day in egypt so it was not enough, we booked a day tour it was well organized and the tour guide and driver were great , sure i will cone again to egypt still has to see more , thank you , recommend

Breakfast terrible, window couldn’t close, had to be repaired, that hotel suppose to be 1 star, all renovations looks like done by worst contractors, toilet was broken, sink 25 years old, we left from this place after one night, we suppose to stay 3 nights.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Don’t Be Fooled by the Photos – Stay Away We booked The Palace Pyramids Hotel thinking it looked nice and cozy based on the online photos. But when we arrived, we were shocked by how different it was from what was advertised. The room was incredibly small, dark, and nothing like the pictures. The bed barely fit one person, and everything felt cramped and uncomfortable. The cleanliness was unacceptable — the bathroom was filthy, smelled bad, and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. What’s worse is the number of steep stairs throughout the property. It was dangerous to carry our luggage up and down, and there were no assistance provided. The area around the hotel also felt very unsafe, especially at night. As Americans visiting for the first time, we felt very uneasy walking around and didn’t feel secure staying in that neighborhood. We ended up leaving after 5 minutes of arriving immediately even though it was late — and checked into another hotel just to feel safe and comfortable. That’s how bad the experience was. We also had a negative experience with Ahmed, who tried to charge us outrageous prices for simple taxi rides (up to $50 for a short trip). We later found out we were being heavily overcharged because we were tourists. When we asked for a refund, he was completely uncooperative. This hotel was a huge disappointment. Misleading advertising, poor conditions, and dishonest service. If you care about your safety, comfort, money avoid this place completely

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, very central and close to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and everything felt fresh and clean. The food was also delicious and hygienic, with a good variety to choose from. Overall, a lovely experience I would definitely recommend it and hope to come back again soon

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e l'esperienza è stata davvero fantastica. L'hotel è molto pulito e ben curato, con un design elegante che rende l'ambiente ancora più piacevole. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Inoltre, nei dintorni ci sono tantissimi ristoranti deliziosi dove si può gustare dell'ottimo cibo locale. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia vivere un soggiorno confortevole e indimenticabile.
