日本人です！スタッフの皆さんが明るく接してくれました！チェックイン時に屋上のトイレに行ったらマンゴージュースをもらったそうです！入口の方がタクシーを待ってる間に椅子を貸してくれたりコーヒーをいただいたりしました！とっても優しいです。もしまたエジプトに来るならここに泊まります！

Everyone at the hotel was courteous and helpful. The property is exceptionally clean, and our rooms were serviced daily. It’s only a six‑minute Uber ride to the Pyramids and the Sphinx, and about a forty‑minute ride into Cairo. The surrounding area is still developing, but we felt safe throughout our stay. If I return to Giza, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice staff! Very kind and friendly. The manager has always an open ear if there are questions. For a hotel in Cairo very very nice! Clean rooms! The rooftop is immaculate! The breakfast is very good the falafel are amazing. If you want a safe place with kind people go to the palace pyramids inn!!!

Bij inchecken mededeling dat we in ander hotel moeten verblijven (zelfde management) : Eco pyramid green hotel ipv The palace pyramids inn : personeel heel behulpzaam 2 kamers uitstekend ( 1met mooie view op pyramiden )-badkamer gemiddeld . Eten (diner+ ontbijt ) onder verwachtingen. Ontbijt op de foto 's ( beide hotels) was uitgebreid en eerder Westers ontbijt . Dit was niet het geval (en eerder Egyptisch ontbijt).

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. They were always ready to help and regularly checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. In particular, Mohammed, Nadir, Ahmed, and Mahmood were extremely helpful with recommendations on great places to eat in Cairo and gave us valuable advice for visitng the city. Their support really made our stay feel safe, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Such a wonderful hotel, considerate staff, welcoming hosts, overall 10/10. The owner Ahmed was such a delight, very attentive to our needs and made sure that we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast has a great selection and the location is at an amazing place. What was stunning was the views from the roof of the hotel, the ambience was just the best. I would like to thank Ahmed and the entire staff for being the best. Also, Ahmed does the best tours of Egypt. This hotel is highly, highly recommended. I wish I could just live there at this point.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Palace Pyramids Hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The hotel itself is spotless, very well run, and feels genuinely safe and comfortable. The facilities are great, but the real show-stopper is the rooftop. The view of the pyramids from up there is honestly unbelievable. Having breakfast each morning while looking straight out at them was a pinch-yourself moment, and coming back in the evenings after a long day of exploring to see them again at sunset was just magical. The rooms were very comfortable and felt completely secure — we were happy leaving valuables behind while we were out for the day, which says a lot when travelling. What really makes this place special, though, is the people. Every single member of staff was kind, genuine, and incredibly helpful — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Nadia, in particular, went above and beyond. On our first day she even jumped in a tuk-tuk with me and my dad to help us get local Egyptian SIM cards, knowing we didn’t speak Arabic. That level of care really sets the tone for the whole place. She also helped us design an itinerary as soon as we arrived, making sure everything we wanted to see was covered, and had it all ready to go by the next morning. We were also lucky enough to have Ahmed, the owner of the hotel, personally guide us around Cairo for two days. As a Cairo-born, highly experienced guide, he was exceptional. We were able to get into every museum and site w

This hotel is advertised as 5star. There’s no way it’s a 5 star. 3/4 star max. The property is nice, the rooms are basic. I didn’t have a hairdryer or fridge in my room. One morning there was no hot water, while I was in the shower. The staff are really good though, especially the chap called Mohammed. He was the only one that spoke some English!

Le personnel est super, toujours à l’écoute +++, chambre rapport qualité prix bien. Juste l’isolation phonique mauvaise, il m’ont donner une chambre coté rue trop de bruit avec les klaxonne, il m’ont changer pour un coté plus calme, mais on entend beaucoup les bruits extérieures, mais beaucoup d’hôtel on se problème de nuisance. Mais pour le tarifs cela reste convenable.

La struttura e' un boutique hotel (qualsiasi cosa significhi) a conduzione familiare Ha quindi poche stanze molto curate e pulite Ha una bellissima terrazza da cui c'e' una strepitosa vista sulle piramidi che sono molto vicine alla struttura e dove si fa colazione ma dove e' possibile cenare e mangiare a qualsiasi ora cibo ottimo e comunque tutti sono sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta e esigenza Il personale e' davvero premuroso In particolare mohamed il gestore e' sempre presente per ogni bisogno e per ogni necessita' dal prepararci una box per la colazione la mattina in cui avevamo una escursione per cui uscivamo alle 6 a pagare il taxi per noi perche non avevamo moneta egiziana davvero una figura di riferimento con una dedizione unica e impagabile Le camere che noi avevamo erano state appena finite quindi di fatto nuovissime e questo per noi e' stato molto piacevole La struttura molto pulita Unico handicap e' che non c'e ascensore ma sono solo 3 piani fino alla terrazza e comunque il personale si e' sempre occupato delle nostre valige quindi di fatto non e' stato un problema per noi mentre e' stato piacevole essere in una struttura piccola e sentirsi coccolati

Hotel sencillo cerca de las pirámides, los cuartos muy limpios, amplios y el personal muy amable. La zona alrededor es fea y sucia, no es insegura, pero no es una zona para caminar. El hotel demasiado ruidoso, el cuarto que nos dieron estaba abajo del rooftop y había demasiado ruido. El cuarto era para una familia y el calentador de agua no era suficiente y nos bañamos con agua fría. No recomendaría el hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was particularly helpful that the front desk staff all spoke good English. The simple breakfast was served on the roof top terrace where there was an amazing view of the pyramids. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. It took about 30 minutes to walk approximately one mile to the pyramids. We also took a taxi to Saladin Citadel which I would strongly recommend. The area of Giza surrounding the hotel is, to say the least, very lively with many shops and eating and drinking places. We were very well looked after in this friendly hotel and would gladly stay again.

Room is spotless and sheets are so clean. Service is impeccable especially Nour and Farha they made me feel at home. Breakfast is delicious and fresh! I would stay here every time I go to Egypt

Great hotel with staff who couldn't do more for us. Food was lovely too!! Cracking view of the Pyramids with the sunset behind them. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.
