"The hotel is in a great location near the pyramids although the area is run down for such a big tourist destination. The staff are friendly and will help with anything if needed. The hotel shows a pool when you book and states in the description that there is a pool but it is not in use. The breakfast buffet is nice but just ok compared to other hotels. The airport shuttle can be used one way only, not both. The hotel is ok but the description they give when booking is not 100 percent...

"The view of the pyramids is fantastic and some of the staff are friendly and polite. The entrance for the Gizeh Plateau is a few meters from the hotel. Other than that the place is run down and not maintained. Crumpled bedsheets with holes, unsafe electricity, frequent brownouts and as a result no aircondition. The room was hot and sleep was impossible. WiFi did not work at all despite promises that it will soon. Buffet breakfast was pathetic. We checked out after 1 night instead of staying 5...

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The food was delicious, with a great variety of local and international dishes. The view is simply unbelievable—waking up to the sight of the Pyramids was a dream come true. The location is perfect, just 3 minutes from the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, with many restaurants and services nearby. One of my favorite moments was watching the sunset from the rooftop restaurant. The atmosphere...

"Breakfast was offered daily and cooked fresh. The stap was very friendly and helpful. They made sure my wife and i were well taken care of. I would absolutely stay again. The even drove us to the airport upon request. The view of the piromids from the lobby balcony is breathtaking. Its always open and so nice to just sit and see it. I was very happy. thank you!"

"I came from Canada, booked two reservation with this hotel. It is safe, I forgot to lock my door for a day and Noone came in. I booked the king sweet with pyramid view and absolutely love it. The staff made sure I always had what I needed. There is cameras and a security guard 24/7 as well as receptionist. The free pickup from airport was also good as it can get rather hectic. Highly recommend best view hitel for anyone traveling with family or solo"
