"Great Staff and super helpful. Location is super central but also shielded from noise etc. through being at the end of the island. Breakfast and drinks on the river terrace are great Wessam was amazingly helpful and it is no surprise that he has been at the hotel for years. I always find this hotel welcoming and simply better than other 5 star hotels in Cairo. The hotel is a great credit to the Sofitel brand."

"The hotel was generally clean, room was comfortable, hot water for a good shower, they made room service (which is no common in hotels in Egypt for this price), breakfast was ‘ok’, good internet connection, the staff was very friendly and helpful at every request.
